This Policy contains information on how the Operator processes personal data of users of the website brionix.ge (and any pages located at various levels of this domain), and how their security and confidentiality are ensured (hereinafter – the “Policy”).
The Operator processes personal data only if the User independently submits them to the Operator or fills out the relevant forms on the website brionix.ge. By providing their personal data, the User agrees to this Policy and confirms that they are of legal age.
The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is given by checking the appropriate checkbox when clicking the button “Submit Request / Sign Up for Consultation / …” and/or by filling out a form on any page of brionix.ge, or is considered provided when the User independently sends their data to the Operator in any other way.
The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible and reasonable measures to protect them.

User – any natural person who directly or indirectly provides personal data to the Operator for interaction with the Website (data subject).
Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (User).
Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
Distribution of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons.

The Operator undertakes to provide Users and other persons with unrestricted access to this Policy, published online at brionix.ge. The Operator has the right to unilaterally amend any terms of the Policy without notifying Users and other persons, but not more than once every 7 (seven) calendar days. Users and other persons are obliged to independently monitor updates to the Policy.
1. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1.1. The Operator processes personal data in any of the following cases:
1.1.1. the processing is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject;
1.1.2. the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or beneficiary, or for concluding a contract at the initiative of the data subject or a contract under which the data subject will be a beneficiary, including contracts concluded by accepting an Offer or any other proposal for contract conclusion in which the Operator acts as the Executor.
1.2. The Operator processes personal data received in the cases and for the purposes specified in Section 1.1 of the Policy, including but not limited to:
• as a result of filling out any interaction form on brionix.ge or any of its pages;
• as a result of sending them by email to the Operator at the email address listed on brionix.ge;
• as a result of providing/sending them in paper form to the Operator’s representative or via postal services to: 6010, Georgia, Batumi, Parnavaz Mepe St., 25.
1.3. The Website automatically collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) using web analytics services. Such data may include: geolocation; IP address; information about the user’s device and browser; behavior on the Website; time spent on the Website; referral page URL; and other technical information.
1.4. By providing personal data in any manner specified in Section 1.2, including filling out a form and/or sending a message, the data subject gives consent to the Operator for processing their personal data under this Policy.
1.5. The Operator has the right and obligation to process the User’s personal data until the moment the data subject withdraws consent or submits a request to cease processing.
1.6. If a state authority issues an act requiring cessation of personal data processing, the Operator must comply.
2. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
2.1. The Operator processes any personal data in accordance with this Policy, except for special categories of personal data as defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The processed data include:
• last name, first name, patronymic;
• email addresses;
• phone numbers;
• usernames in WhatsApp and Telegram.
2.2. Users and other persons must not provide the Operator with personal data classified as special categories under Russian law.
3. METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The Operator processes personal data both digitally (automated) and manually. The Operator limits its activities to the following:
• collection;
• recording;
• systematization;
• accumulation;
• storage;
• updating (correction, modification);
• retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located within the Russian Federation;
• use;
• transfer (provision, access);
• anonymization;
• blocking;
• deletion;
• destruction of personal data.
3.2. The Operator may delegate personal data processing to employees or third parties in accordance with Russian legislation. In such cases, the Operator remains responsible for processing.
4. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS
4.1. Personal data subjects have the following rights:
• to obtain information specified in Part 7 of Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006;
• to request correction, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if the data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the declared purposes;
• to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data;
• to cease the processing of their personal data;
• to provide personal data and consent freely and voluntarily;
• to withdraw their consent;
• to exercise other rights granted by Russian law.
5. PUBLIC SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. For informational purposes, the Operator may create public sources of personal data, including directories, address books, and databases. Such sources may include: last name, first name, patronymic, date and place of birth, job title, phone numbers, email address, and other data provided by the subject.
5.2. Information about a subject must be removed from public sources at any time upon the subject’s request or by decision of a court or authorized state body.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Operator undertakes to process personal data in compliance with Russian legislation.
6.2. To withdraw consent or request cessation of data processing, data subjects must submit a written notice to: brionix.office@gmail.com.
6.3. Data subjects and other persons acknowledge that if processing is ceased before a contract with the Operator expires, the Operator may suspend or terminate the contract unless otherwise provided by this Policy.
6.4. By agreeing to this Policy – whether by checking the consent box on the Website or providing data in any way described in Section 1.3 – individuals confirm that they have fully read and agree to all terms.
